The Pacific Korea Youth Leader Forum provides an important link in the Army Teen's Chain of Communication. During the Youth Leadership Forum, youth participants review, discuss and prioritize issues of concern raised during their Garrison's Youth Leadership Forums and develop a Region-wide action plan which outlines how the youth will contribute to the plan in three required areas when they return to their Garrisons: Service-Learning, Technology and Character Education. Adult Advisors attending YLF are charged with supporting youth to execute this plan.
